Configure a Sakari Campaign to use a HubSpot List as the source of Contacts for that Campaign, without recreating the List in Sakari.

Requirements

• Successfully connected HubSpot integration
• Valid credentials authorising the HubSpot integration
• HubSpot Contact Lists created in HubSpot

Configuration steps

1. Create a new Campaign (see this article)
2. In the Contacts section, clear the pre-filled “All Contacts” option by clicking the 'X'
3. Click the 'down' arrow to open the dropdown menu
4. Your HubSpot lists will appear* along with any lists created within Sakari
   • HubSpot Lists are identified with the following symbol
5. Select the List

*Lots of Lists?  Type the list name into the field to force it to populate, or to search for a specific list.  

Note

HubSpot List membership is not saved to Sakari.  Sakari will send to all Contacts present in the HubSpot List at the time of Campaign execution (On Demand or Scheduled).
