A Campaign is hidden from any user logged in with a profile that is not a member of the Group selected for the Campaign.
Each new Campaign must be configured with a Group containing the desired Sender (outbound number) for the messages in that Campaign (see Create a New Campaign).
Troubleshooting steps
- [Administrators only] Add the required Sakari user profile to the Group that contains the desired Sender for the Campaign. For detailed steps, see Create and manage Groups.

- Log out and log back in to Sakari using a profile that is a member of the required Group.
