Zero (0) contacts submitted for Campaign

Indicates an issue with selecting Contacts for the Campaign based on the Campaign's configuration.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to identify the issue.

No List selected for Conditions

Either 'All Contacts' or a specific contact List must be selected.  Conditions do not function independently.  They must be applied to a selected List.

Condition eliminates valid Contacts from List

All Campaign Conditions apply to the List selected for a Campaign.  Check the Conditions for your Campaign.

Troubleshooting steps

  • Check the selected List contains Contacts that meet the conditions
  • Delete one or all of the Conditions
  • Select a different List

Selected List contains no valid Contacts

A List must contain valid Contacts for selection.

Troubleshooting steps

  • Check the selected List contains valid Contacts

Selected Group contains unsupported Sender for destination

A Contact cannot be selected for a Campaign if their mobile number's country of origin is not supported by the Sender (outbound number) in the selected Group.  

Each Sender supports sending SMS to the countries specified in Countries Served only (the example below is for a US local area code number).

  1. Confirm the Contact's mobile country of origin via the Contact Card
  2. Confirm the Countries Served by the Sender by selecting it in the Senders section

Troubleshooting steps

  • Select a Contact (directly or via a List) whose number is supported by the desired Sender
  • Select a Group containing a Sender that supports SMS to the desired Contact's number
