User can't connect to Sakari from Pipedrive

Connecting or inviting a user directly to the Sakari integration from within Pipedrive is not required or supported. Please ignore any requests from Pipedrive to do so.

New user in Pipedrive

If the user is also new to Pipedrive, the Pipedrive Administrator must disconnect and reconnect Pipedrive to Sakari, then follow the steps below.  This is due to changes Pipedrive made after we created our integration.

  1. Ensure that you are an Administrator user in Pipedrive and Sakari
  2. Log in to Sakari using the same email you use to log in to Pipedrive. 
  3. Disconnect the Pipedrive integration:

    In Sakari go to Integrations > Pipedrive > the three dots, click Disconnect, then uninstall Sakari in Pipedrive.

  4. Re-connect from within Sakari (Connect the Pipedrive SMS integration). 

There should be no subsequent need to reconnect from within Pipedrive.  However, you must be an Administrator in Pipedrive to share the app with all users.

New user in Sakari

If a user cannot connect to Sakari from Pipedrive, the Pipedrive Administrator who connected the integration must follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Pipedrive App Marketplace
  2. Select the ellipsis (three dots) menu
  3. Go to User Management
  4. Ensure all users are selected
  5. Save these settings
