"Send Message" option in Pipedrive inactive or prompts reauthorization

The "Send Message" button in Pipedrive is only available to the single user who connects to Pipedrive through the Sakari Hub.  This is due to changes made by Pipedrive after we developed our integration.

Pipedrive users attempting to use the Send Message option may be presented with an error message or prompted to (re)authorize or reinstall the integration, similar to the following:

Please ignore these messages.  Reauthorisation and/or reinstallation is not necessary. 

Troubleshooting

All users should send messages using either the "Conversations" option in the dropdown, or the Conversations button on the Person record, either and both of which open the Sakari pop-up messaging window.

User authorization

The Sakari integration is authorized for all users in Pipedrive by the Administrator who shares the integration in Pipedrive (see Share the Sakari integration with Pipedrive users).  

The Sakari integration does not need to be installed or authorized by individual users in Pipedrive.  Please disregard any prompts from Pipedrive to do so.
