What does a negative messaging credit balance on my account mean?

Received message charges accumulate as a negative balance on your account after the balance reaches $0.

What should I do?

Add credit to the account.  Negative balances are cleared the next time you add credit (manually or automatically).  The negative balance amount is automatically added to the top-up amount.

What happens to unsent messages?

Unsent messages are placed in a queue for 72 hours and sent automatically if credit is added before this time has passed.
