I haven't received the password re-set email

The email will not be sent if you have configured your profile to use the SSO (single-sign-on credentials) of a Google account.  

If you created your account with SSO, there is no password associated with your account, so trying to reset your password will not work, and you won’t receive a reset email.

Please try clicking on Continue with Google to log in.

If you're still unable to log in, please create a ticket with Sakari Support at help@sakari.io.
