How do I change the email on a user log-in profile?

To change the email address for an existing user, create a new user profile in Sakari with the new email.

  1. [Administrator] Add new user email to Sakari
  2. [User] Logs in with new email and adds name to new profile
  3. [Administrator] Replicate the user's access to Senders and messaging by adding the new profile to the relevant Groups
  4. [Administrator] Delete the profile with the old email address

The email address on an existing profile cannot be changed, either by the user logged in with that email or by an Administrator.
