User profile missing from dropdown in Group

Profile is incomplete

A User's log-in profile must be completed with a name before their profile appears in the dropdown.

Troubleshooting steps

Ask the new user to log in to Sakari at https://hub.sakari.io/accounts. They will be required to add their name the first time they log in.

Dropdown capacity exceeded

If the user has added their name and does not appear in the dropdown, this likely means the total quantity of users on the account has exceeded the display capacity of the dropdown.

Troubleshooting steps

Use a partial name search in the User field in the Group and wait for the profile to be returned.
