Note
MMS messaging is currently only supported in the United States and Canada. To send MMS to other countries, please check out Universal MMS.
To include an image with your message (Inbox, Quick Send, Campaign), from the message creator:
- Click the Image Upload button
- Select your image to upload
Requirements & restrictions
- Supported image formats are: .jpg, .png, .gif
- Attachments to a single message must not exceed 500 KB (either as an individual file or multiple image files) to maximise deliverability across all carriers
- Must include at least one character of text otherwise you'll receive the error "Missing message template" and your MMS won't be sent.
