Configure the Slack integration

Select the Slack channel(s) where notifications will appear when a new text message is received in a specific Group/Inbox.

The integration supports one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-one connections between Sakari Groups and Slack channels.

Administrators: your log-in profile must already be added to each phone number Group in Sakari that you want to connect to a Slack channel.

Configuration steps

  1. Go to Integrations 
  2. Select the Slack integration
  3. Select the desired combination of Sakari Group(s) and Slack channel(s)
  1. Click Save

Inbound SMS messages to the number in the Group will appear in the Slack channel.
