Overview

To connect your existing Twilio phone numbers with Sakari, please make sure that the Twilio messaging service has been removed from each phone number in Twilio.

Here's how to remove the messaging service from a Twilio phone number.

Steps

1. 1. Log in to your Twilio account.
   2. Find the phone number(s) you want to link to Sakari. Click on the phone number to view the phone number configuration. 
   3. Click the "Remove this phone number" link. 

       

   4. Find the phone number(s) and click Remove.   

       

   5. As the popup indicates this will remove this number from it's current 10DLC campaign as seen in the popup below.  Twilio doesn't assign a 10DLC campaign to a number, but to a messaging service.   You will need to apply for a campaign specific to the new messaging service once integrated with Sakari.

Note: The Twilio 10DLC process may require several days to finalize, we advise you to proceed with caution when removing a messaging service.
