A User profile in Sakari grants (email-based) permission to interact with Sakari directly and via any integration.
There is no charge to add more Users, and there is no limit on the number of Users that can be added to a Sakari account.
A User's Role (and the associated permissions) determines which features the User can interact with and manage in Sakari. It has no bearing on the functionality available to them via an integration (except the Read Only role).
Users panel
To access the Users panel:
- Go to Settings > Account Settings
- Select the Users tab
Through the Users panel, you can:
- View all User log-in profiles on the account
- Create a User profile (individually and automatically by domain)
- Delete a User's profile
- Edit a User's permissions (Role)
