How to set up Call Forwarding

When you can have a Sakari-provided dedicated number, we can forward any inbound calls to a number of your choice.

Inbound calls to your Sakari dedicated phone number can be configured to forward to another phone number.

This article walks through how to set forwarding up.

Overview

Step 1

While logged in to your Sakari account, go to Account Settings

Step 2

Click on the "Phone Numbers" sheet.

Step 3

Click on pencil icon to the right of the phone number you want to add/edit call forwarding for.

Step 4

Select the country code for the phone number, and enter the forwarding phone number.  Include only numbers, do not include any extra spaces, dashes or parenthesis.

Click Save.
