We have full support for sending and receiving SMS in the UK.  

By default, during signup all new accounts have utilize a US toll-free phone number to send and receive text messages.  When you upgrade to a paid plan, we offer a free dedicated UK phone phone.

UK Sender ID Support

Sakari supports the use of Sender IDs in the UK, but you are not able to receive responses when sending messages using a Sender ID.
