Overview
When configuring the Sakari to with the HubSpot inbox, each Sakari phone number group can be routed to a specific inbox.
By default, each HubSpot account has a single conversation inbox. This inbox can be mapped to the Sakari group, and all received text messages will be sent to the HubSpot inbox.
HubSpot users on the Professional and Enterprise HubSpot plans can create multiple inboxes. Here's how to create additional HubSpot inboxes.
Configuring Sakari Groups to Route to a Single HubSpot Inbox
If you want Sakari phone number groups to be routed to specific inboxes, that can be configured in your HubSpot settings by first creating individual inboxes, and then mapping these inboxes in Sakari.
Step 1
Create (if they don't already exist) the individual inboxes you would like. Go to HubSpot settings, and click Inboxes, and Create new Inbox.
Step 2
Map the new inbox to the team, user or users that should have access to the inbox.
Step 3
Select the Connect a Channel Later option in the lower right. Your mapping to the HubSpot inbox will be completed within Sakari.
Step 4
In Sakari, go to Integrations > HubSpot. Map each group to the desired HubSpot inbox.
