Why did I receive the error "Configure your number's SMS URL to change this message"?
If you are an Aircall customer and have received this message:
"Thanks for the message. Configure your number's SMS URL to change this message.Reply HELP for help.Reply STOP to unsubscribe.Msg&Data rates may apply."
What To Do
The Aircall team need to update a setting on your affected phone number(s).
1. Contact the Aircall support team via the "number purchase and porting" section on https://support.aircall.io/. Aircall has its own support system for contacts. If you're new to Aircall Support, please follow the instructions they provide on this guide.
2. Ask them to update the webhook URL configuration for each of your Aircall phone numbers that should support text messaging with Sakari.
