Why did I receive the error "Configure your number's SMS URL to change this message"?
If you are an Aircall customer and have received this message:
"Thanks for the message. Configure your number's SMS URL to change this message.Reply HELP for help.Reply STOP to unsubscribe.Msg&Data rates may apply."
What To Do
The Aircall team need to update a setting on your affected phone number(s).
1. Email the Aircall support team at email@example.com
2. Ask them to update the webhook URL configuration for each of your Aircall phone numbers that should support text messaging with Sakari.
