Sakari New Account Creation / Free Trial


Sakari's free trial allows you to create an account and try the platform at no cost!

Accounts located in the US, Canada, UK and France (depending on availability) will be configured with a dedicated number, while other countries will be configured to send messages from a shared pool.

Sakari Free Trials include a credit balance for you to send real messages!

United States

For customers located in the US, accounts will be configured with a Local US number and enrolled in a Platform Free Trial campaign.


Customer trial accounts in Canada will be configured with a Canadian area code and configured to send only to Canada by default.

If you wish to add the US as a destination for your configured number, you will be subject to the US Platform Free Trial restrictions.

All other countries

Whether configured with a dedicated number or a shared pool number, your Sakari Free Trial comes pre-configured to start sending messages outside of the US.

How to Start a Free Trial

Sign up with your Email

  • Go to the Sakari new account registration page at:
    • Enter your email and set a password
    • A verification email will be sent to your email address
  • Click Confirm My Account in your verification email
    • Once you confirm your email, you may be prompted to sign in again

Enter your User Info

Internal Note: Verifying your phone number in this step will allow you to utilize the free credits (doesn't seem live?)

This information is what will appear to your messaging recipients when they type or respond HELP to your number

Your account is now active and you can begin configuring your account, setting up your integrations, sending messages, and more!


Why can't I create an account (while using a free email provider)

Sakari requires a business (custom domain) email address to create an account.  Certain domains (e.g. gmail) must be manually whitelisted by our team.

If you are trying to create a new Sakari account with a free email domain and unable to proceed, please contact our support team to have your email address whitelisted.

Why was my account blocked?

In order to reduce spam and ensure Sakari Trial accounts are used in the proper context, your account may have been blocked during a review process.

If you believe this to be a mistake, please contact our support team to have your account re-activated.

What is a Shared-Pool Number?

Shared-pool numbers are random, non-dedicated numbers.  These may be configured to send your message during your trial period

If you are located outside the US, Canada, UK, or France (if no dedicated numbers are available), messages sent while on a Sakari Trial account will be from one of the Sakari shared-pool of phone numbers.
