How to Set Up Call Forwarding

When you can have a Sakari-provided dedicated number, we can forward any inbound calls to a number of your choice.

Inbound calls to your Sakari dedicated phone number can be configured to forward to another phone number.

NOTE: Call forwarding requires a dedicated phone number on your account.  Please contact us to set that up. 
NOTE: Call charges apply when forwarding calls. Premium rates may apply when forwarding to a Toll-Free number

 

Setup

1. While logged in to your Sakari account, go to Account Settings

2. Click on the Phone Numbers tab

3. Click on pencil icon to the right of the phone number you want to add/edit call forwarding for.

4. Select the country code for the phone number, and enter the forwarding phone number.  Include only numbers, do not include any extra spaces, dashes or parenthesis.

Click Save
