The Run As field determines which phone number Sakari uses to send the SMS from your workflow by referencing the Group containing the phone number you wish to use.
Sakari will only recognise three different references to a Group:
- A blank value
- The Tag of a phone number Group
- The contact owner token
Use a blank value
When the Run As field is left blank, Sakari will automatically choose:
- The only Group on the account (if there is only one)
or
- Your Default Phone Number Group (if configured)
Use the Tag of a Group
Enter the Tag of a Group in the Run As field to use the number in that Group to send your message. The value in the Run As field must match the Tag exactly.
In our example below, this phone number Group has a Tag of "Marketing."
Enter the corresponding value in the Run As field to select this number for sending your HubSpot workflow.
Use the Contact owner - Full name token
Sends each message in the workflow from the number in Sakari dedicated to the Contact Owner.
Populate the Contact owner - Full name token in the Run As field:
When a contact passes through the workflow, the token returns its Owner's full name in the Run As field. Only supported when each separate Group in Sakari is tagged with a HubSpot user's full name. Please refer to Configure a HubSpot user for Sakari.
Sakari matches the Run As output to the Tag on the Group and sends the message from this number. Replies from any Contact will be received to their specific Contact Owner's number.
