When a contact replies to your SMS message in HubSpot, you will want to be notified.

Email notifications when a new text message is received can be triggered from several different locations depending on what features in HubSpot you have access to.

A HubSpot task can be created when a new message is received using a HubSpot workflow.
A HubSpot in-app or mobile push notification can be created when a new message is received using a HubSpot workflow.
A text message can be sent to your mobile phone when a new message is received. This can be accomplished using a HubSpot workflow, or using Sakari directly.

A Slack notification can be created when a new message is received. You can also respond directly from the Slack channel from both the Slack desktop application and Slack mobile app.
