HubSpot Received Message Notification Options


You will want to be notified when a contact replies to your SMS message in HubSpot.

Several notification options include HubSpot tasks, HubSpot in-app notifications, Slack email and text message notifications.  These notifications can be triggered in Sakari directly, from HubSpot workflows, or using integrations with other programs. 

Email Notifications

Email notifications when a new text message is received can be triggered from several locations depending on what features in HubSpot you have access to. 

HubSpot Tasks

A HubSpot task can be created when a new message is received using a HubSpot workflow.

HubSpot Notifications 

A HubSpot in-app or mobile push notification can be created when a new message is received using a HubSpot workflow.

SMS Notifications

A text message can be sent to your mobile phone when a new message is received.  This can be accomplished using a HubSpot workflow or Sakari directly. 

Slack Notifications 

A Slack notification can be created when a new message is received.  You can also respond directly from the Slack channel via the Slack desktop application and mobile app. 

Sakari Mobile App Notifications 

When the Sakari Chat app is installed, you will receive a push notification when a new message is received.
