Can I choose the number to send from?

Yes. All paid subscriptions include one free dedicated phone number, but you are not obligated to use a number provided by Sakari.

Customers can add other numbers to Sakari in three ways:

  • Purchase numbers through Sakari from one of its providers
  • Integrate a number they own from a different provider (supported providers include Twilio, Aircall, Cradle, and CallRail)
  • (US/CA) Add a VOIP or landline number owned by their business (Hosted Messaging, Landline / VOIP Text Enablement)

Accounts can use one outbound number or many.  Unlimited outbound numbers can be added to an account.

Numbers included (subscribed accounts)

All paid subscriptions include one free dedicated phone number in the United States, United Kingdom, France or Canada. This number may be provided automatically when creating a new Trial (depending on location) or can be provided on request.

One free Alphanumeric Sender ID is provided on request to all subscribed accounts as an alternative to a free long-code number.
