To create a Sakari account, please first create a profile.
- For security, create your profile from a named email on a business domain (e.g. john.smith@company.com).
- We advise against creating profiles from shared email addresses such as help@, info@ and support@ etc.
- If you will primarily use Sakari via an integration (e.g. HubSpot), create your profile from the email you use to log into that platform.
Add your email
- Go to https://sakari.io/signup
- Enter your email and click Submit
Set your password
Please note the password requirements.
Verify your email
An email with the subject 'Sakari - Verify your email' will be sent to the chosen address. Please check your junk and SPAM folders.
Click the Confirm My Account link to verify your email.
Click Back to Sakari Hub.
Add your user info
Enter the details requested.
Mobile verification
We require all new users to verify their identity using their mobile number. The number you enter in this form is not the number from which SMS can or will be sent in Sakari.
The number will only be used for verification and to receive notifications of incoming SMS to Sakari (if you activate this feature).
- Enter your mobile and enter the code you receive in the boxes provided.
- If successful, you'll see this:
- Check the box to agree to Sakari's terms and conditions and privacy policy
- Select your communication preferences
Click Continue to move to the next stage of creating your account.
FAQ
Why can't I create an account (while using a free email provider)
To create an account, Sakari requires a business (custom domain) email address. Our team must manually whitelist certain domains (e.g. Gmail).
If you are trying to create a new Sakari account with a free email domain and cannot proceed, please contact our support team to have your email address whitelisted.
