Inbox Overview


Sent and received messages on your account can be viewed in the Inbox.  Organized by Groups, the new Inbox view allows you to have multiple inboxes.

Some accounts have a Group for Marketing messages and another Group for Support messages.  If you are a franchise agency, you might want separate Groups for each business location.

The Inbox allows users to quickly navigate between Groups to filter conversations.

From the Inbox view, you can:

  • Search for and view outbound and inbound messages with Contacts
  • See the source of a specific outbound message
  • Configure an individual message
  • Send an individual message
  • Schedule an individual message
  • Create a template
  • Create a shortened URL
  • Filter your messages

Accessing the Inbox

  • To access the Inbox, select Inbox in the left navigation panel.
  • Below, the inbox is highlighted in the non-expanded and expanded view
