Sent and received messages on your account can be viewed in the Inbox. Organized by Groups, the new Inbox view allows you to have multiple inboxes.
Some accounts have a Group for Marketing messages and another Group for Support messages. If you are a franchise agency, you might want separate Groups for each business location.
The Inbox allows users to quickly navigate between Groups to filter conversations.
From the Inbox view, you can:
- Search for and view outbound and inbound messages with Contacts
- See the source of a specific outbound message
- Configure an individual message
- Send an individual message
- Schedule an individual message
- Create a template
- Create a shortened URL
- Filter your messages
Accessing the Inbox
- To access the Inbox, select Inbox in the left navigation panel.
