[BETA] Conversations Inbox Filter for Unread

This article is specific to the new Beta Sakari customer dashboard. If you are not using this beta, please look for the article without the [BETA] in the subject.

The full public release to all Sakari customers of the new portal is currently slated for early/mid October, 2023.

In the Sakari conversations inbox, you can filter for unread only messages.  This allows you to easily see only the messages that need a reply. 

 

Filtering for Unread Messages

  • In the left navigation select Inbox
  • Click the inbox menu
  • Toggle on the filter Unread setting
