The full public rollout of the new portal for all customers will occur Oct 20, 2023.
Once you have created and saved campaigns, you can execute (or run) them at any time from the Campaigns page on your dashboard.
- Navigate to the Campaigns page by in the left hand menu
- Select the three-dot menu next to the campaign you want to execute
- Click on the Execute button for the campaign
A confirmation pop-up will appear that shows your account balance. Check that you have the necessary credit in your account to complete the campaign. If not, you can cancel this execution and add messaging credit manually before trying again.
4. Click "Execute". Your messages are now on their way!
