[BETA] How to Set Up the Cradle Integration

Overview

Setting up the integration between Cradle and Sakari allows you share your Cradle phone number with Sakari for text messaging.

To setup your integration you will need an account with both Cradle as well as Sakari.

There are two setup steps to connect your Cradle account with Sakari:

Link your Cradle Account to Sakari

Adding your Cradle Number(s)

Link your Cradle Account to Sakari

Please contact the Cradle support team at help@cradle.io and let them know you want to link your Cradle account with Sakari. They will link your Sakari account with your Cradle account.

Adding your Cradle Numbers

Once you have connected your Cradle account with Sakari, you can easily add your Cradle numbers to your Sakari account.

Adding your Cradle numbers:

In the Sakari left hand navigation panel, navigate to Senders > Add Sender
Select Import Number, select Cradle
Select the number(s) you would like to import and click Import
