[BETA] Update your Business Support Information

Your Sakari account support information is included automatically in your automatic HELP messages replies sent on behalf of your account. 

To update this information on your account: 

  • In the left navigation select Settings > Account Settings
  • Select the Support Info tab
    • Business Name - your business name 
    • Email - a support email address which can be used for your contacts to communicate with your business
    • Address - your business physical address
    • Website - your business website
    • Phone - this should be a support number that your contacts can use to contact you
