[BETA] Create and Manage Group Office Hours


This article is specific to the new Beta Sakari customer dashboard. If you are not using this beta, please look for the article without the [BETA] in the subject.

The full public rollout of the new portal for all customers will occur Oct 20, 2023.

Office Hours can be defined to determine when your Sakari autoresponders will be sent.  Using office hours, you can configure text message auto-responders to send during your office hours, outside of your or during custom hours.


Configuring Office Hours

  • In the Sakari left navigation select Groups
  • Select your desired Group
  • Click the Office Hours sheet
