Update Contact Property (Workflow action)

Overview

This action will update a default or custom attribute of a contact

 

Setup

To configure this action, select define the contact from the workflow, property and what that property should be updated to

Contact

  • Enrollment Contact

  • Output Contact

Add Property

  • Add one or more configured properties to set for selected contact

Set Property

  • Manually set property value
  • Set property value based on output property from upstream in workflow

Note:

Multiple properties can be adjusted within a single Update Contact action

 

Output Properties

Output properties are properties that an action or trigger generates that can be used by other triggers and actions downstream in your workflow.

This action generates the following property option(s): 

  • Contact

 

Examples

Example 1

This action allows for multiple properties to be updated at once. Properties can be updated to a custom value or an output property generated earlier in the workflow
