Using the Choice Action in Workflows

The Choice action will create multiple branches for contact to pass through workflow based on property match

This is a Sakari Workflows feature and is currently in Beta.

Setup

When configuring the action, you must define branches as a value to compare to the selected property

Property (selection)

  • Define contact property that will be evaluated for in the choice node

    • Enrollment Contact Property
    • Output Property

Branch

  • Define value for Property (selection) to be evaluated again
    • manual input
  • other branch (required)
    • branch for enrolled contact to travel through if match does not exist for defined branches
  •  

+ new branch

  • Add an additional branch

 

Output Properties

Output properties [add article link] are properties that an action or trigger generates that can be used by other triggers and actions downstream in your workflow. 

This action generates the following property option(s): 

  • none
