Sakari can text-enable your existing HubSpot phone number in the United States and Canada. Your team can continue to use your HubSpot number to send/receive voice calls. We recommend the below steps to help expedite this process:
- Get started by completing the hosted messaging request form in your Sakari dashboard. For more information on how to complete this step, refer to the following article: Hosted Messaging Landline/VOIP Text Enablement
- Once this form has been submitted, reach out to HubSpot support or your representative to manually approve the request to host SMS with Sakari. Please let them know that there is currently a request pending to host SMS through Sakari.
- Send a support ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help expedite this process.
