What does the MSG-026 Error mean?
If a message you sent is not delivered to the end device and returns a MSG-026 error code, this means that delivery of your message failed because the message timed out. Common examples are a user who was out of range, their phone was off or the message was unable to be delivered due to a network outage or other connectivity issue.
In some cases, a delivery error may occur once due to a carrier issue downstream of Sakari. To test whether the issue occurs again, you can attempt to send another message to the contact.
