MSG-041 Error - MMS is not supported for destination country

What does the MSG-041 Error mean?

If a message you sent is not delivered to the end device and returns a MSG-041 error code, this means that image (MMS) messaging is not supported for destination country of your recipient.

Note

MMS messaging is currently only supported in the United States and Canada. To send MMS to other countries, please check out Universal MMS.

What can I do to work around this?

In order to send your message to your recipient you have two options:

Remove the image for the message.
Use the Sakari Universal MMS feature. This will automatically add your image as a clickable link in your message.
