INT-005 Error - AirCall appears to have been disconnected

What does the INT-005 Error mean?

If a message you sent is not delivered to the end device and returns a INT-005 error code, this indicates that your AirCall integration is likely disconnected. 



Log in to your Sakari account.  Please navigate to Integrations > Aircall in the left menu. 

  • If the AirCall integration is not connected, please reconnect it
  • If the integration is connected, the integration credentials likely need to be refreshed.  Please disconnect the integration and reconnect it
